ORDER PROCESS

We want you to have the best experience with Origin Blinds and receive blinds and shutters you will love for a lifetime. Have a look at our order process so you how we work and what stage your project will be at, at every stage.

Once you have placed your order with us we will complete and send you a full set of working drawings so you can see how your beautiful windows and doors are going to look. If any tweaks need to be made, no problem, we can work with you to ensure the design you get is exactly what you envisaged.

​​When you are happy with your designs we will the issue you with a final set of construction drawings for you to approve.

​​Once you have approved your order we will get them sent to the factory for your new blinds and shutters to be made. At this point this is when your lead time begins.

​​Soon after the factory start producing your products we will send you an estimated delivery date / installation.  We want you to know how the production is going on your project periodically and will keep you informed if your delivery dates change.

​In the week before your new blinds and shutters arrive we will send you an invoice for the final balance of your products. Once this balance has been paid your products will be on their way and ready for installation.

​​When you have all of your blinds and shutters installed and you are completely satisfied we would love you to send us photos and you could be our monthly winner for best photo and win a bottle of champagne on us!
